26th July, Saturday - The Founders Award Presentation Ceremony
It was my first & last time wearing the Ceremonial Dress + anklets. It is supposed to be the highest & most prestigious award someone can attain in his 4 years of Senior BB life. However i felt otherwise for the 'Prestigious' part, there were 204 recipients! Undeniably, i felt really good still.
Venue : Singapore Swimming Club , Tanjong Rhu. ( beside Dunman High's campus ) Basically, it was a 9-course dinner + prize presentation and sharing of testimonies by former BB boys. One of which is Mr Khoo Boon Hui, Commissioner of Police, Singapore Police Force also the GOH of that day. The 9-course meal was not as promising as it sounded, nevertheless it was the best meal i had in the last 4 years with BB. ( as compared to baked beans, Maggi noodles spammed with MSG, tuna, chicken franks etc. )

I would like to thank the officers for all that they'd teach me, the one that left the most impact was still : Accountability. Pastor Steven for his leadership habitudes lessons, you've enlightened me alot. Mr Oi for being an old friend (literally) & teaching me how to look at things from a different perspective(hope you won't beat around the bush so often).Mr Poh for always being patient & kind. My batch & especially Jinghan , Bengan , Chongrui for all that we'd been together in BB. Seniors for skills they have imparted through Visual Learning & juniors for offering us the chance to tekan. Bra-thers and Mr Yang. Met this Sir @ LDC2 last year, and we did what we promised. yeeha. fight!!! jinghan : NOOOOOOOOOOOO. My achievements for the past 4 years. (lack of NYAA silver)

Wassup, the entire day's activities been summarized on Jane's blog <--Click me weihua Nicholas and Jiajie arrived pretty much earlier than Uncle Hassan. & yeah we had a hell lot of fun AIR BENDING.
On the whole ,AHS NDP08 was ecstatic, the parade was not too bad. The only hooha that shocked me was that the dude whom i preceded did not put on his cap. Rest of the performances were pretty good. i heard this was the first time sec4s put in so much effort for the cheering competition. i liked 4f's , 4l's where chongrui put on the Mas Selamat mask and my class' of course. It's a pity that sokkoon did not shake her booty with us. awww
Anyway, im happy 4d managed to put up a hoseh performance for the fact that we only rehersed a few hours in total & that most people participated much unlike some bowl-headed taiwanese brat, xialin warriors and her gang. 4d The few who co-ordinated 4d's performance. Special thanks to Marcus & Isabella for doing the most.
After NDP, the 2k dudes went to kbox with tony, 3some& some others went sakae, everyone left except for CKT. I must say C's really bagus for waiting for us to sleep for 2 hrs and buying bubble tea for me and weihua.Its those little and insignificant kind gestures that makes people happier. thanks jane.
went to meet the 2j gigs, quite a good attendance today, ate, caught a movie and chilled. sheena didn go as she had FIR concert, sian. hope she enjoyed herself thou ^ ^
